These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of calljudycleaning.com (the “Site”) operated by Call Judy Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and our SMS lead-alert messaging program for authorized staff. By using the Site or participating in the messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

Website use

  • You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about or requesting our cleaning services.
  • You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with Site operation.
  • Content on the Site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Quotes and services

Information on the Site is not a binding offer. Estimates, availability, and scope of work are confirmed directly with Call Judy Cleaning. Cleaning services are subject to separate scheduling and service agreements discussed with you by phone, text, email, or in person.

SMS lead-alert program

Call Judy Cleaning sends transactional SMS notifications to designated business administrators when a new lead is submitted through our website contact form. This program is intended for internal staff use, not for bulk marketing to consumers.

Enrollment and consent

  • Only authorized Call Judy staff may enroll by providing a mobile number and enabling “Text on new leads” in our secure admin system.
  • Enrollment represents consent to receive operational text messages related to new website leads.

Message frequency and charges

  • Message frequency varies based on website lead volume. Recipients typically receive 0–20 messages per month; some months may have no messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out and support

  • Reply STOP to any message from our messaging number to cancel SMS from this program.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (443) 953-0388.
  • Staff may also disable notifications or update their mobile number in Admin → Users.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information, including mobile numbers, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Disclaimer

The Site and SMS notifications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted Site access or immediate SMS delivery. Wireless and network conditions may affect message timing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Judy Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or messaging program is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Intellectual property

Site text, logos, images, and design are owned by Call Judy Cleaning or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies to SMS or telecommunications matters.

Changes
