  • Send transactional SMS lead alerts to authorized Call Judy staff who have opted in to receive text notifications when a new website lead is submitted (see below).

SMS messaging program (lead alerts)

Call Judy Cleaning uses SMS text messaging through Twilio to notify authorized business staff only when a visitor submits a contact or quote request on our website. These messages are operational notifications, not consumer marketing blasts.

  • Opt-in: Only designated Call Judy administrators who voluntarily provide a mobile number and enable “Text on new leads” in our secure admin system receive these messages.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on website activity. Recipients typically receive 0–20 messages per month; during slower periods, messages may be rare or none.
  • Content: Alerts include lead reference information (such as name, phone, town, or service interest) and a link to our internal admin lead view.
  • Cost disclosure: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text and data plan.
  • Opt-out: Staff may disable lead SMS at any time in Admin → Users, or reply STOP to opt out of further texts from our messaging number. Reply HELP for assistance or call (443) 953-0388.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers collected for our SMS lead-alert program with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us deliver messages and operate our website (for example, Twilio as our SMS carrier), and only as needed to provide those services.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers that host our website, deliver messages, or support our operations, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • In connection with a business transfer, merger, or similar transaction, with notice where required by law.

Mobile phone numbers collected through our website contact form or SMS program are not shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Staff may request deletion of admin account data when no longer needed.
